Experience skills with utilizing the eight limbs and classic kick strikes in this class. Muay Thai is the great martial art of Thailand. This art has been perfected for practical combat and much more. Kickboxing is an American combat sport that utilizes boxing and kicking into one art. Together, Sapien has created a class that will teach the blend of both arts.
Tuesday
Boxing Fundamentals
6 PM
Learn how to dance violently with the one of the best combat sport practices in the world. Boxing is a great base for "tight" strikes and defensive away from strikes. Muhammed Ali, Mike Tyson, Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Robinson and so many more have shown their unique development with the art of Boxing...what possibilities will you create?
Wednesday
Grappling & Takedown
6 PM
All fights will lead to the close engagement of grappling if they last long enough. Understanding the techniques used to manipulate limbs and the core of a body can turn the tide in a fight. It also is really fun to train in the flow of judo, wrestling. and jiu jitsu.
Thursday
Technique Sparring
6 PM
Training in the martial arts takes partnership and respect of your fellow practitioners. To truly develop your skills, combat scenarios are needed. This class helps with putting your skills in development with other members for growth in your art. This class takes courage and humbleness to compete
Friday
Open Gym
6 PM
Hit the weights for strength development and body therapy. Hone your skills with bag work and shadowboxing. Hit the hills of Roser Park for a roadwork to get that cardio work. Partner up for some good ol fashion sparring in the ring. Socialize with the club to catch up on whatever and enjoy the comradery.
Saturday
Challenge Day
9 AM
This isn't just a workout its a challenge. Embrace the suck for 90 minutes of kick ass workouts. This class sole purpose is to push the limits of conditioning for 6 weeks. What to expect, H.I.I.T. exercises, weightlifting, functional machine training, kettlebells, and much more.
Adult Program
Start the process of learning martial arts, strength training, and performance conditioning scripted just for you. At Sapien, we want to make sure that our members gain knowledge of how to keep their performance ready for all activities, including combat. The training for martial arts is a white canvas waiting for your art, are job is to give you the paint to create. You will learn Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and much more depending on your unique abilities. With that we hope that you will find a great awareness of yourself and what you can be capable of.

Teen Program
14 -17
This program creates discipline and consistency with priorities for young adults. We incorporate challenges and standards that must be met including, upkeep in grades in school, mannerisms, training for competition in combat sports and much more. Other members of the club will provide motivation and guidance to help with life questions and answers this age brings upon. Ultimately, we are making the awareness of these individuals sharp for life's adversity.
Class Duration: 60 minutes

Kids Program (Gremlins)
5 - 13
Kids grow fast and without exercise and mental toughness they will be limited in growth. Children need to have a place to exert their energy with proper guidance. That guidance will be discipline and personality growth. In this program, we strive to give the basics of Boxing and Kickboxing. These two martial arts are enough to help develop self awareness to help the the emotional understanding of maturation. We will interview the candidate to make sure that they are receptive to instructions and utilize respect for others.
